CARES ACT Funding: Impact

The State of Hawai‘i and the City & County of Honolulu contracted HCF to administer CARES Act emergency relief funds, including the Coronavirus Relief Fund, for Hawai‘i nonprofits, businesses, and individuals to meet the community’s needs during the pandemic. With longstanding relationships in the public and private sectors, HCF has a unique role in Hawai‘i’s disaster preparedness and response.
