Engaging Community to Evolve the
CHANGE Framework.

This year and early next year, HCF is engaging with community to identify top-priority challenges and opportunities and develop a long-term vision and goals for each Sector within the CHANGE Framework.

In May and June 2022, HCF held three virtual Community Convenings to gather feedback on the CHANGE Framework. We heard from a diverse group of community members from across the state. Read the CHANGE Community Convenings Summary to learn more about the key themes we heard from community.

HCF will continue engaging with the community to learn more deeply about the challenges and opportunities within each Sector, as well as issues that extend across Sectors. This engagement may include focus groups, site visits, surveys, and other ways to gather community feedback.
